1. Data we collect

When you sign up we store your name, email, contact (WhatsApp/Telegram), and password (stored as a hash). When you use the service we record transactions, balance, IP addresses, and callback logs for operational, security, and reconciliation purposes.

2. Use of data

Data is used to operate your account and transactions, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal and bookkeeping obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. End-customer data

The game IDs and transaction targets you send through the API are forwarded to the product provider only to fulfill the order. You are responsible for the legal basis for processing your own customer data.

4. Security

API credentials are stored as hashes and shown only once when created. Webhooks are signed with HMAC-SHA256. Dashboard access is protected by a password and login attempt limits.

5. Retention

Transaction and financial records are kept for as long as needed for bookkeeping and dispute resolution. You may ask support to delete account data that is not subject to record-keeping obligations.
