1. Service

H2H IndoTopup provides a Partner API and dashboard for buying digital products (game top-ups, vouchers, mobile credit & data, and similar) with Prepaid Balance. The service is intended for businesses (B2B).

2. Prepaid balance (Rp)

Balance is calculated in Rupiah. H2H Balance is not an electronic wallet or electronic money, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and is used only to buy digital products. Failed orders are automatically refunded to your H2H Balance.

3. Pricing and orders

Prices follow the account tier and may change at any time following provider prices. The applicable price is the price at the time the order is received. Orders that have succeeded cannot be cancelled. Errors in ID/target input by a Partner or a Partner customer are the Partner responsibility.

4. Account security

Partners must keep the API Key, Secret Key, and Webhook Secret confidential, and register server IPs for production use. All activity under your credentials is your responsibility.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the service for fraud, money laundering, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful activity; repeatedly exceed tier request limits; or attempt to disrupt the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Availability and liability

We strive to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee it is free of disruption, including disruption from product providers. Our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. Using the service after an update means you accept the latest terms.
